● hydraulic circuit
the figure shows a schematic diagram of the working principle of the cycloid rotor pump. during the working process, the inner and outer rotors rotate around their respective center 01. 02 for a fixed axis. the tooth profile meshing can make the inner and outer rotors form a closed cavity with constantly changing volumes. so as to achieve the purpose of oil absorption and oil discharge. in an ordinary cycloid pump, the space formed by each tooth is closed to each other. as shown in the figure, a cavity and b cavity are separated by the meshing point. as the rotation continues, the space of a and b cavity increases. the negative pressure inside enters the cavity to complete the oil absorption process. however, the sealing of the a and b chambers of this product here is not a necessary condition for the oil suction process to be realized, because the a and b chambers are actually connected through the oil suction groove, and the space to be closed during the rotation is the oil suction groove and the drain oil tank (shown by the dotted line in the figure). therefore, as long as the oil suction space and the oil discharge space are constantly changing, and the oil suction groove and the oil discharge groove are sealed, the oil discharge and suction function of the hydraulic pump can be smoothly realized.
